Hosting an event?

The SCB relies on people like you to sustain our programs to help low income families. At Christmas, office/staff parties, toy drives, dinner parties and other events are a popular way to help the less fortunate.

We can support your event by providing boxes for toy donations; information brochures on our programs; and staff assistance upon request.

To register to host an event and allow us to provide the necessary assistance to make your event a success, please call 604-581-9623 or email coordinator@christmasbureau.com.

When your event is over: Please call to schedule a pick up of toys and donations.

You can drop off your donations:

  1. At any Surrey Fire Hall
  2. Our offices or toy depot

For CASH donations:

  • One of our staff will pick up your cash donation.
  • You can write a cheque for the amount of cash collected, and mail it to: The Surrey Christmas Bureau, PO Box 547 - King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3T 5W7
  • Please attach a list (first and last name and address) of anyone wanting a tax receipt and the amount. We will issue tax receipts for donations of $20 of more.

When donations are being picked up, please ask for Surrey Christmas Bureau identification or call our office to verify identity.
