Registration
Registration starts Wednesday, November 9 to Friday Dec 2. Hours are 10 am to 2 pm, Monday through Saturday. We are closed November 11 and 12.
Our address for 2011 registration is 10347 City Parkway, the old Whalley library.
To register with the Surrey Christmas Bureau you MUST show ALL of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Proof of income for last 3 months, all paystubs or direct deposit info for that period
- If receiving welfare, must bring two cheque stubs or recent 3-page printout
- Proof of residence (phone bill, electric or gas bill, cable bill)
- BC Medical Care Cards for all in the family
- Bank statements from ALL bank accounts for the last 2 months.
- All immigration papers and permanent resident cards
- If applying for your spouse, a signed letter stating that they agree you can apply for them
- Bring spouse's photo ID (legible photocopy ok) if your are reporting spouse's income
